You Have a Mind Parasite

- It's the Critical Voice In Your Head

What voice? you ask. The one that says, “There's no voice here.“

Most people have a critical voice in their head.

It's normal, but that doesn't mean it's OK.

In fact, it's harming you.

Your critical voice ...

  • Criticizes you for being the way you are

This is the essence of shame, according to Brené Brown.

In other words, your critical voice is shaming you.

  • Keeps you from speaking up and fully showing up

It generates so much self-doubt, perhaps from imposter syndrome, that you stay quiet.

Or it anticipates failure, so you don't really try because what's the point?

That's a self-fulfilling prophecy - you fear failure, so you don't try, so you fail.

  • Creates mental and physical stress

A constant thought-stream of criticism, fear, anxiety, anticipation of rejection and failure,

and so on, is stressful. It shuts down your thinking ability and your creativity. Over time, it            damages your health. You even age faster.

  • Keeps you in the fight, flight, freeze emergency mode

This keeps you looking for threats. You may see threats where there are none.

You develop tunnel vision. You overlook opportunities and miss out on the good things.

  • Damages, limits, and prevents relationships

The critical voice is hyperalert to rejection and conflict.

It will even generate them because that's what it's focused on. Relationships can't flourish,         and you may hold back so much that nothing at all happens.

Your critical voice is bad for your well-being and success.

Why not drop it now?

How Is Your Critical Voice A Mind Parasite?

  • It literally takes up space in your brain and resources (neurons and your attention) that could do more useful things.
  • It lives on your energy - you're the one feeding it.
  • It keeps you focused on danger, feeling fearful and on edge, which reinforces it.

Your critical voice keeps you in the emergency fight, flight, freeze mode,

limiting your possibilities. It feeds itself at your expense.

What Your Critical Voice Does to Your Body

Being criticized, even by yourself, puts you in the "fight or flight" emergency mode. Most of the body's resources are commandeered to give you strength to run or fight in a physical emergency, like an attack.

It's great for actual physical emergencies. It's not what you need for home or work.

When you're in fight or flight, here's what happens ...

  • You get tunnel vision

Fight, flight gives you tunnel vision, physical and mental. It's hard to have new ideas

or learn new things when your brain is totally focused on a threat.

  • You can't think

Half or more of the blood leaves your brain.

         Memory and imagination go blank.

  • Body systems shut down

Fight/flight takes over your body and its energy. It shuts down your systems

as much as possible, including your ...

        ... brain

        ... digestion

        ... immune system

        ... capacity for intimacy

... cell and tissue nourishment and repair

Fight, flight can be constantly triggered by the critical voice.

That's exhausting and wears out your body.

  • You sabotage your own desires and ambitions

Your critical voice can stop you from moving forward. If you feel stuck, frustrated,

blocked, or disappointed,  your critical voice may have a lot to do with that.

Your critical inner voice is your greatest obstacle

to emotional well-being, happiness,

and higher levels of success

The Good News? The Quiet Mind Workshop Makes the Critical Voice Go Silent In Four Hours - Painlessly

It's totally painless, and that voice really goes away.

I got rid of mine 20 years ago

and it hasn’t been back

There are no downsides to eliminating your critical voice.

When it goes away you have space for your feelings.

The blood returns to your brain and you can think again.

It’s amazing.

Beyond that ...

  • Your natural wholeness begins emerging.
  • You become more fearless.
  • You start speaking up and are recognized.
  • You respect yourself more, so others respect you more.
  • You can set boundaries and keep them.
  • You can say no, and it’s not a big deal.
  • You stop putting everyone and everything else

        above your own well-being.

  • You stop getting so upset or anxious

because there’s no critical voice amplifying it.

  • You’re more confident because ...

         ... you literally think better

... you trust your decision-making more

... and the automatic self-doubt is gone

  • You ...

         ... sleep better

         ... are healthier

... and you don't get triggered as much or as easily

Bottom Line: Life is better

How Can The Critical Voice Go Silent?

Because of two facts:

1. The critical voice is a neural network

2. We can change neural networks

1. The critical voice is a neural network.

Everything you’ve ever learned is embodied in a neural network:

fears, beliefs, assumptions, memories, opinions, habits and more.

You learned to have a critical voice. Now it exists because it's in a neural network.

Your critical voice is not part of you like an arm or a leg

It’s just the way some neurons are wired up.

2. We can change neural networks (this is what's new and so powerful)

We can undo the neural network embodying the critical voice .

Since that's all it is, the critical voice disappears. It's that simple.

Imagine you have Dracula's Castle made out of Legos®.

Then you take it apart and make a model of the solar system.

The castle is no longer there, is it?

That’s what we’ll do with your critical voice.

It’s constructed and we’ll deconstruct it.

"OK," you may say, "but exactly how?"

First, Let Me Introduce Myself

I'm Daimon Sweeney. My life has been about finding ways to get myself and then others out of emotional pain and stuck patterns.

From my teens, consciousness has been my focus.

Fast forward through decades of serious work on myself, to one summer day in 2010  when I made a breakthrough discovery.

Constant development since then has led to today's NeuroMastery®.

NeuroMastery® is the most effective personal change modality in the world (in my totally unbiased and possibly correct opinion). It's transformed me and many others.

The Quiet Mind workshop uses the NeuroMastery® approach and methods, focused exactly on neutralizing and deconstructing the critical voice.

How To Change Deep Patterns

Like the Critical Voice

The situation is: We have a lot of programming

in our heads that is not serving us.

Fortunately we are not that programming.

That programming is simply patterns in our neural networks. They can be changed.

How, exactly?

By using the neuroscience of rapid change, as I call it.

In neuroscience it's called memory reconsolidation.

The 5 Steps of Changing a Neural Network

The brain updates itself with these steps. It's a natural process we can use.

The 5 steps:

1) Identify the neural network we want to change (the critical voice in this case).

2) Activate it (easily done)

3) Interrupt the brain's expectations. When something unexpected happens the brain comes off automatic. It wants to know if it should update itself. It will change on the spot with the right kind of new information.

4) Provide new, relevant information. With the brain open to new learning, we provide that learning in a way that moves your system from fight, flight to calm and present.

5) Save and close the file we've just edited (known technically as reconsolidation). The changes are lasting. Your brain is rewired.

It's faster and easier than you can

probably imagine, and the results last.

The Quiet Mind Workshop Silences the Critical Voice

Here's the deal -

Take the workshop and get your results

before you pay anything.

What???!!!

Yes. Why?

Because I'm sure you have doubts such as ...

  • It can't be this easy or this fast. (New technology makes the previously impossible easy.)
  • It sounds too good to be true (But it is true, and you can test it.)
  • I doubt it will work for me. (If you can read this, it will work)
  • Who would I be without my inner voice? A lazy slob? Lonely? Irresponsible? (These are bogus concerns. You'll be better off.)

It's natural to have doubts because this is a whole new approach, making big claims, and you haven't experienced it yet.

That's why I give you the results first, with absolutely no risk.

Why Keep Your Critical Voice

A Day Longer Than Necessary?

What objections are you hearing from that voice inside?

Does it say, "This is too good to be true?"

Really?

When you get the results first?

What are you risking except that it might work?

Or does it say, "This won't work for you?"

Wrong. This is like weightlifting.

If you do it properly the results just happen.

The workshop is step-by-easy-step. It's foolproof.

Or does it make you wonder who you'd be without it?

Other people have had that concern.

I'll tell you this: Nobody has wanted it back.

Do you have kids (or family or friends)?

Would you like your kids to grow up without harsh self-judgment?

Removing your own critical voice so they don't model it is a good start.

You'll be a better parent, too.

The same goes with friends and family. When you drop your critical inner monologue about yourself and about them, those relationships get better. Surprising, right?

By clicking away you choose to keep your critical voice

It will stay active for the rest of your life. Why would it stop?

Unless you take this workshop. I'm serious.

Why would it stop if it hasn't already? It won't.

How many more years are you willing to live with

that obnoxious voice in your head?

Go ahead. How many years?  5? 10? 20 years? The rest of your life?

Name a number. How about zero?

Why keep it one day longer than necessary when you can eliminate it almost effortlessly, in four hours?

Everything in the workshop is easy.

Just follow along and do each step.

It's completely confidential.

You never need to share anything.

It's time to choose

 A quiet mind?

... or decades more of jabber, jabber, jabber, crap?

More inner peace and better relationships?

... or ongoing triggered irritations and annoyance?

Claiming your worth?

Why keep it one day longer than necessary when you can eliminate it almost effortlessly, in four hours?

Everything in the workshop is easy.

Just follow along and do each step.

It's completely confidential.

You never need to share anything.

It's time to choose

 A quiet mind?

Or decades more of jabber, jabber, jabber, crap?

More inner peace and better relationships?

Or ongoing triggered irritations and annoyance?

Claiming your worth?

Or continuing to hide, in fear of your own inner critic?

The Critical Voice Wins

It's probably speaking  to you right now.

Do you have kids?

Would you like them to grow up without harsh self-judgment?

Removing your own critical voice so they won't model it is a good start.

You'll be a better parent, too.
